About
The Estates of Hickory Woods Homeowners Associations has been in existence since 2001 put in place by Southfork Developer as a mutual-benefit, non-profit corporation.
Our revenue is derived from membership dues, which are mandatory upon ownership/master deed of a home within this 110 lot community.
Dues
3 Monthly payments: $100 over the first 3 months of the year (Jan, Feb, Mar)
or $300 in full each Jan.
All neighborhood common area maintenance & projects are funded by these paid dues. Our Budget Here
No Board Member is paid nor are the dues used for personal use. HOA is a non profit.
Documents
The Covenants and By Laws of the community were recorded for all 110 lots. It passes from owner to owner.
When you signed your deed at the closing to live here you agreed to the terms of the community's rules and guidelines.
The documents are always available for Free on this site to save or print out.
